Game Hub setup

What is a Game Hub?

A Game Hub is a branded destination for a game inside Bunch App. Once set up, it allows people on Bunch to easily discover and play the game.

How to set up a Game Hub?

Setting up a Game Hub requires no work from the developer, as as we're able to set it up for most games publicly available in app stores. If you want us to set up a Game Hub for your game, or if you want us to adjust assets and description in an existing Game Hub please let us know here.

If your game is in development or in soft launch and you prefer not to have it discoverable to the public on Bunch, we can set up an unlisted Game Hub, which is not visible to Bunch users but would be accessible via a deep link only - allowing you to test Bunch Platform even before the game is released to the public. If you want us to set up an unlisted Game Hub for your game, please let us know here.

Next steps

Through the Game Hub, Bunch allows people to discover and jump into your game with friends in a party, while the Bunch app runs in the background. It also automatically assists the friends in the party who don't have your game installed yet by guiding them through the download and install process. If your game has a mechanism to direct players into the same multiplayer session (e.g. through deep linking or invite web links), Bunch can drop all players in the party into the same game session, instead of having them to find and connect to each other inside the game, delivering a more optimized experience for players.
